Turned up for my appointment a tad early on Good Friday and noticed all the lights were off in the shop, didn't think anything of it and waited 20 minutes for my appointment (11:20am) but still no one had turned up. I tried calling the shop and emailed but no response - not sure if this is Treatwell's fault or Dappermore's (as the shop was clearly closed for Easter) but was incredibly frustrating.
