Really disappointing experience here. I’ve been coming for over a year and only had positive things to say. Unfortunately I had a member of staff I haven’t had before - she was careless which meant it was more painful and more annoyingly hasn’t been removed all the hair. I except much better from my previous experiences.

This was my second visit for a high bikini wax. My first experience was good but the second time (with a different lady) wasn't. She used a different wax which has really irritated my skin and also took too much off - left with what looks like a Brazilian. Applying aloe vera like crazy trying to help my poor skin! Think some skin actually came off with the wax 😭
