Came here to try HD brows. It was an okay service and if I’m honest I’m disappointed in my treatment after coming home and taking a closer look. The lights for the chair for eyebrows aren’t very bright, so I didn’t see, but a large cluster of hairs were left on my lid on my right eye. They got missed from the wax and threading. I then had to tweeze them out myself, which was annoying as waxing it would have taken less time and agg on my end if it was done correctly at my appointment. Additionally, the customer before had some issues with paying and whilst there were 2 women working, the woman tending to my brows was distracted in helping this other lady pay. But I don’t see why the other woman couldn’t have attended to this herself? This interaction really cut into my appointment and I just didn’t really feel like it added to my experience.
I probably won’t return unless if I had a brow-mergency. The brows in the end were a good shape and the tint looks great, but missing a giant patch of hair plus having other customers issues significantly cut into my time overall really damaged my experience. Give them a try if you want but take time to make sure they got all your hairs and expect for it to take an extra 10 mins.
