This is not the first time I am complaining about Simi. She is not good at waxing. I don't know whether she does anything else in the salon, but she should either stop doing waxing or learn how to do it. Twice she left me marks after waxing, burnt marks and big bruises. Or she leaves some areas unwaxed.
I recommended this salon to friends who also work in the City and we all go there but Simi does not know how to do waxing. We all complained and got nothing from it.
