Really poor quality wax used at this salon with not the best technique means I sustained an immediate reaction and my hair has since grown back really thick and coarse, which never happens to me when high quality wax that is applied correctly is used. I’d rather pay more for a better quality result elsewhere next time!

I was well overdue a back wax having not had one in a few months so I wasn’t looking forward to the discomfort, but the wax was excellent and as painless as it can be.
