All the staff are so lovely and their technique is on point. Only reason the ambience is 4 is because of the cheesy house music upstairs.

Wax was ok painwise but not thorough enough. I had a Hollywood wax and was left with visible stubble on vulva as well as obvious hair left on legs around knicker line, who needs spider legs at Christmas? Eyebrow shaping was fine but eyebrow tint was not cleaned properly off skin so looked like obvious dye job and needed to be scrubbed at home. I've been at this salon before and liked it but this visit was disappointing. Prices are average for city too.
