The technician didn't consult me about what she was going to do or ask what I wanted. I specifically said I wanted to keep my eyebrows as full and long as possible, just a tidy up. She did my eyebrows how she wanted giving me short little thin ones. She said she had to do this to follow the line of my brow. If this was the case she should have mentioned that she wouldn't do them how I wanted beforehand because I would have walked out and kept my messy brows as they were.
