I had some difficulties finding the venue as it's located at the back of a barber shop. However the basement space is cozy. The staff is very welcoming and offered me a bottle of water while I was waiting. The service was very quick and professional. The therapist is quite experienced and the wax treatment was not painful and carefully executed. I would go back again.
