Viola gave me exactly what I wanted in my haircut. One of the best quality cuts I've ever had. She took her time and paid close attention to detail. I'll be back without question.
The salon was very accommodating and Antonio made me feel at ease getting my hair done and I'm delighted with the results!
It was a same day appointment. I made the reservation at 14:30 with appointing Viola as hair dresser (after seeing many good reviews about her). Later I received a call to see if I can change time, when I say no, they keep being polite and explaining why , also saying that they will try to guarantee my appointment by some adjustment. At the end we agreed to postpone 10 mins.
When I arrived there, Michiko received me. I was bit disappointed by not knowing Viola not there at that day, and not being told about it. But easily felt comforted by Michiko's polite and soft receiving. So I decided to take it as an adventure. It turned out to be a nice experience! Michiko is quite a good hairdresser understanding my requirement, communicating with me for different parts, explaining me her thinking. And she is quite a nice person to talk, polite and gentle, also warm and lovely. I like the haircut, and I enjoyed the talk. And I will visit again.
