Had my haircut by Antonio. He was patient and made sure that the length was exactly what I wanted (I've had experience of hairdressers cutting my hair too short before). Very happy with my haircut.

I turned up - my doctor didn't. I was told the manager would call me when he returned from lunch. 3 days later... my phone must be broken. Shame because it seemed like a nice place. I just hope I get my money back!

Nail tech was very quiet and no where to even put bags / coats and hair still on the floor from hair cuts
