Tried dapper ladies salon for the first time and had a mixed experience. Pedicure is lovely but took a long time and I was not in the most comfortable chair. It resulted in manicure being rushed with a lower quality result. They managed the overrunning appointments well however and still enabled my blow dry to take place, and I was very pleased with my hair.
The salon was very tidy and clean, and the staff very professional and polite. For a disguise, the hairstylist I chose was not available, but I was contacted well before to rearrange the appointment. The haircut was well executed, so I am very pleased and I would definitely recommend this salon

Viola is lovely, she really made me feel at ease. I moved to ealing over 3 years ago and I have been searching for a good hairdresser without success until now! I will definitely be going back.
I rang to confirm the booking the day before and they had no record of the booking and no available appointment. I only rang because other reviews mentioned issues over bookings so it seems that they do not always receive bookings from Treatwell.
