The massage itself was lovely but could potentially have been a little harder in terms of pressure. The therapist was kind and polite but I felt for her in terms of the conditions she had to work in. The venue was loud with people outside constantly talking and laughing at a very high volume which made it hard to relax and at one point a child ran in to the room mid-treatment. I ended up only paying half price after raising my concerns. This is more a reflection on the place and the atmosphere.
