As an office based person I have suffered in the past from stiffness in my shoulders etc and have visited Danugur for a couple of years for massage treatments. The expertise of the service provided is great - exactly the right amount of pressure to deal with the tension in my shoulders and lower back. I always leave feeling relaxed after the treatment.
More recently I have taken up the personal training services. I'd be the first to say that i'm a novice as far as exercise is concerned so was somewhat nervous to commence the process. Daniel has built my confidence and enjoys seeing the success he's helping me achieve. Each session is perfectly judged to stretch me but keeping things attainable. I never thought I'd write this but I'm enjoying my training sessions. A lot of this is to do with Daniel's supportive training schedule, and the sense of wellbeing he has helped me achieve.
I've been using this venue for approximately 2 years. I started out with massage services only. I am current a regular for waxing, massages, mani and pedi cure. I've recently added facials and Spray Tanning. Daniel is personable, friendly, accommodating yet professional. The venue is accessible from Central London and located in a peaceful neighbourhood. I will definitely recommend Danugur..
