Avoid Keratin treatment here, can’t speak for others. My hair was frizzy & small strands were standing vertically up when I got home. Never had that before. I didn’t get my hair washed to remove other chemicals/residue before starting- just rinsed. After leaving the keratin to sit 30min, it was rinsed out before blow drying where as all the other places do it in reverse. My scalp is still burning even now, 1hr after leaving the salon. Last minute change, had to go at 6pm instead of booked time

I have come to my appointment 5 minutes early and was told they were aware I have booked in. So disappointing. I requested a refund and had to ask for it few times as I was being persuaded to come tomorrow or any other day. Very disappointing as that was my only opportunity to get a hair cut before an event. I live in the area and was trying to find a great salon and be a regular customer, unfortunately need to keep looking…
