Had the usual "new hairdresser nerves" when I arrived but they were soon gone. There is a great atmosphere, the ladies are fantastic, really friendly. Had a wash & cut booked in. Had an amazing head massage during the wash, every step of my cut was explained to me, I was given advice without being patronised and came away with a fabulous cut, some good advice and a smile on my face!
