Do not book with this person!! I booked a hair appointment for last Tuesday thinking it would be convenient to get my hair done in my own home. When I contacted Daniela to give her my address and details there was no response. I emailed and called to confirm my booking but did not get any response back. So after paying for highlights the hairdesser never came. So far I have not been refunded my money and I am shocked at how I have been treated by Treatwell.
