I arrived on time but when my wax was supposed to start I had a phone call saying that she was running late. 30 minutes later I went in. The wax wasn’t bad once it started but I did say that the wax was a bit too hot at one point but nothing seemed to be done about it. that needs more attention. Other than that, Daniela was very apologetic and respectful.

Daniela was wonderful, so friendly and meticulous. My hair tends to break rather than get pulled but Daniela has done a great job.
