I’m giving 4 stars because she’s a lovely hairdresser and clearly very skilled- but I didn’t like my haircut at all. I wanted a blunt bob with subtle layers, but ended up with a graduated bob with layers starting at ear level- so it looks much shorter than I wanted. I’m absolutely gutted but didn’t have the heart to tell her at the time because it was too late by the time I saw it. My main feedback would be to double check the length with the client before cutting
