unfortunately I am going to have to find another hairdresser to fix this cut. there is quite a large section chopped out of the back which looks pretty bad. the hairdresser was very nice and seemed competent so I was surprised to see the end result. I didn't say anything in the salon because I thought it might look better when I got home and looked at it properly - it didnt!
there was not much effort around customer service from reception or when getting my hair washed, and some staff didnt seem to notice customers were there when they were chatting to each other.
I have previously had one good experience at the salon, but wouldn't go back after today.

Timing was an issue as appointment had to be delayed and after that was still kept waiting further. Felt like I was not as important as a direct booking customer. Didn’t get an acknowledgment by stylist after the colour was put on leaving me to prompt the junior staff to wash the hair. The washer was excellent and deserved the tip.
