This was my first haircut at Daniel Adams and will definitely be going back. My stylist, Shaz, was really professional, listened to what I wanted and she did exactly what she said she would. I'm really happy with the cut, and everyone was really friendly. Would definitely recommend.
A blow dry that was supposed to last 1 hour, lasted 30 mins.
The lady didn’t even wash my hair properly and I told her that the wash was very important to me.
They do not clean their brushes, there was so much hair on the brushes from the previous customers... ridiculous!
She pulled my hair while brushing and blow drying, as well as hitting my face with the brush.
Apart from this, I was called to come in 30 mins earlier because they overbooked.
I understood the situation and went there 30 mins earlier.
I would not come here again!
Please take these bad reviews as a learning in order to improve your services.
