The lady and reception was really lovely and welcoming. In my opinion this salon is a premium price for the Southampton area and I just felt as if a few minor details needed polishing up in order to get that really luxury experience. My shampoo felt not too thorough and I was not asked if the temperature was okay. My stylist was extremely chatty which was great, so kind and friendly I had no wish to complain in my opinion there are just some finer details that needs to be implemented.
