I asked for warm blonde highlights to lift the overall colour of my hair. Was given platinum blonde colour ( which I specifically said I didn’t want ) I was asked if I wanted a blow dry. Said yes. After the hair appointment I was told this would be over £20 extra. I was not told this at the time and really this should be part of the service as it is at every other salon I’ve ever been to
