I’ve had so many waxes around South London and the City and this was hands down the most painless and thorough wax I’ve ever had. The room is very clean and relaxing with spa music etc. Dani was so professional, explained everything so well (perfect if it’s your first time) and was very friendly. I’d left it a bit longer than normal for my wax so was expecting it to hurt a bit but it was absolutely fine. It didn’t really hurt at all and way better than any other wax I’ve had. 100% going back.

I showed 2 photos of my haircut that I had done at the very same salon by Dani in April...and asked for same length and style. Its about 3 inches shorter and nothing like the same cut. The stylist didn't check or ask any questions e.g. is this the right length after the first snip as is usual...and by the time I realised it was too late so I felt no point in saying something and overall it's not a disaster and will grow in few weeks but I loved my cut so much last time which is why I chose go back
