The whole experience was again totally lovely!
Felt at ease and confident with Nian as my 'technician' - she is probably one of the loveliest people on the planet. Plus, her technical abilities are second to none!
The rest of the staff including Dalya (❤️) are supportive and helpful and will answer questions, however many you have. You never get the impression that you are taking up their time.

This place is amazing, it’s so professional yet down to earth. I have never seen a clinic with high end style and reasonable prices.
The staff were so very kind and make you feel so comfortable during throughout the facial. My skin never looked this good.
