The clinic was exceptionally clean and my therapist was amazing, I was so nervous about getting my eyebrows done for the first time but once I sat down with neean I felt so comfortable and at ease, she perfected the shape I wanted and even better. And the crazy part is I didn’t feeel pain!!!!! Amazing

I couldn’t believe how much dead skin Dalya got out of my skin, it was shocking but so satisfying all in the same time, feel like my skin can breath again.

Poor Naim. She was far more worried about discomfort than I was and she kept stopping to slather more numbing cream on my eyebrows. She was so lovely and friendly - talking through everything, and reminding me that if I wasn't happy or there were any problems to come back. I'm thrilled with my eyebrows. She spent time and effort both times and although it's a big outlay you get serious bang for you buck.

The whole experience was again totally lovely!
Felt at ease and confident with Nian as my 'technician' - she is probably one of the loveliest people on the planet. Plus, her technical abilities are second to none!
The rest of the staff including Dalya (❤️) are supportive and helpful and will answer questions, however many you have. You never get the impression that you are taking up their time.
