Me and my mum both went to get our eyebrows done. Were both very happy with the service and the staff were lovely. This is my second time doing my eyebrows here and I am very satisfied. Will definitely be a regular customer.

I had a great experience- everyone was so lovely and friendly especially the lady who did my nails was very kind. The treatment was done beautifully and I had a relaxing time at the salon. 100% would recommend it to everyone!!

Very confusing pricing.Prepaid £15 for a haircut and had a surcharge that i was not expecting. The time expected was 15 min but it went on for 1 hour. I had not expected to pay this much, i booked as it was just a trim i wanted.
Fatima was lovely but wished it had been clearer that i would be expected to pay for somethig i had not asked for ( blow dry etc ).
Those on smaller budgets like me should be told prior to the treatment.

Made to feel very uncomfortable from the beginning during the wax being asked ‘how long I’d left it?’, did I trim before coming etc. I’ve come to have a wax not to be judged on how long my hair is. Room was tiny and right out into the reception. Each time the door was opened I was worried the receptionist directly next to me and everyone else could see. Never again. Left feeling horrible and quite embarrassed. Will stick to my usual place.

Waxing was fine.
Shellac hands and feet was not a good experience. Not much choice in colours.
The nails were not left to dry long enough and so all clumped in corners which created texture on 5 nails. This resulted in her having to redo 3 fingers and some toes aswell. Even after the redo some still had texture but after being there for an hour more than I had to due to the issues I didn’t have more time to spend as I was already running late for another apt.
When speaking to the manager initially about the texture issues, I waited about 15 mins to speak to her while the persons doing my nails went to move her car so between speaking to the manager and waiting for the lady to come back, 30 mins was waisted.
next door where they do the nails was freezing, no heating on.
Wouldn’t return due to the issues with the nails and they started to chip/peel a week later. The lady doing the nails was really nice but lacks experience in nails I would say.
