After the Brazilian wax, I experienced extreme skin inflammation and my bikini line was physically burnt. Caused me significant discomfort. Salon was extremely unsanitary and she double dipped the wax.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. I put in an official complaint and no reply. She RUINED my lashes! Got advice from a lash technician and they said the chemical was left too long on my lashes which caused them to snap, and the reason they were clumped together was due to them not being brushed properly. I booked cos of the price but I advice strongly against it. I would pay £100 to get them properly done now. However can’t do anything to my lashes for the next 6 months because of the damage.
