If I could give it 0 stars I would. I put in an official complaint and no reply. She RUINED my lashes! Got advice from a lash technician and they said the chemical was left too long on my lashes which caused them to snap, and the reason they were clumped together was due to them not being brushed properly. I booked cos of the price but I advice strongly against it. I would pay £100 to get them properly done now. However can’t do anything to my lashes for the next 6 months because of the damage.

The hairdresser was lovely, but unfortunately she cut way too much of my hair off. I specifically said I wanted it longer than my shoulders and she showed me how much she was going to take off, but ended up taking a good 3-4 inches more. Now I’m left with exactly what I didn’t want. I tried to put a brave face on at the time and embrace it, but I really don’t like it and it’s affecting my confidence so I am now looking at costly extensions to get me through the re-growth period
