Unfortunately the shellac removal wasn’t a pleasant experience, I don’t think the right tools were used and my nails were filed down to an inch of its life. It was painful, my nail bed was sore all week and I’m now left with very fragile nails that keep bending and breaking.

Booked last min as it was only place open on Sunday but honestly would NOT recommend. When I entered the room to change the room was dirty from previous appointment even though when I arrived the lady had been sat at the desk a while and there was no one else there. Also she did not do a good job with the treatment, I had a lot of hair which weren’t removed and one side basically was not done at all and her application of the wax was painful
