Maria was really nice and tried to comfort me with the pain of the Hollywood wax.
However, I found that it is not professional to talk to others whilst giving someone a wax and I feel there is a lack of privacy, whereby I can hear people from outside the room and vice versa due to the gap at top of the wall that separate the room and waiting area. The dried wax was also left on the couch where I was lying on and not straight in the bin.
