I booked a gel manicure, when I arrived I was told it would be £20 extra to have my cuticles done. Not clear at booking. I decided to go ahead and it was the more experience, my nails were not left to soak for long enough so the old gel was painfully scraped off. Cuticles were barely touched and then when she tried to shape them, I said they weren’t even I was given the file to do it myself!! We decided to stop the treatment. I am waiting for a refund, let’s see if it comes! Awful!

The staff were really considerate and nice. However the colour choice was low, around 20 and the finish on the nails wasn’t good.
