Cancelled and delayed booking, minimal amount of colours available - it seems they do not specialise in manicures/nails as they couldn't even do basic tips. Left feeling unhappy and painted over my shellac nails the next day because the standard was so poor.
I understand they tried to accommodate me with rebooking but the whole experience was awful
