The venue couldn’t accommodate my booking - this isn’t their fault (Treatwell didn’t factor in the venue’s own schedule in its display of available salons) - however I’ve now been chasing a refund for over a month and haven’t heard back from the venue.
This is very disappointing.

Fatima is an absolutely wonderful hairdresser. She gave me a very nice neat hair trim and blow dried my hair with beautiful curls. I felt like a million dollars walking out of the shop.
