I don’t really know where to begin. I had a manicure booked in before my facial and what should have lasted 40 mins max, went on for an hour and 40 minutes. The staff were bickering about my appointments in front of me. Then the lady doing my nails, nearly cut my skin off, I then clipped and filed my own nails, I said I wasn’t happy so they said I could go to a different salon mid way through doing my nails, which at that point looked awful. It was very stressful and my nails look awful.
