The treatment had a good result but the wax hurt a lot more than my previous waxes - not a lot of tension pulling back skin etc, and felt quite rushed. I didn’t realise it was a mix of strip and hot wax - I would have preferred to have known/been told before we started.

Maria was friendly but she hasn’t taken off my shellac properly, there are lumps remaining on all my nails, and she wasn’t even willing to file/clip my nails after taking it off, saying it cost extra
