The lady who cut my hair was lovely but unfortunately the final cut was not as good as I would expect from a salon with these prices, cut too short in places so it sticks up an the overall look was not what I asked for. Also, the lady was rushed trying to fit in several appointments, I had to wait 25 minutes after appointment time and the next customer was waiting over half an hour my cut to be finished which may have affected it's quality.

As usual, booking process and getting an appointment is easy and I never wait more than 3minutes until it is my turn. Very quick and efficient service. Manicure was supposed to be an hour but I was done in just under 50mins.
