The therapist was nice but the nails were a painful and not brilliant process. My nails were scraped to within an inch of their life when the cuticles got pushed back, it hurt so much. My skin was clipped 3 times causing bleeding. The nail painting was very gloopy at the side which meant that in less than 2 weeks, the gel started peeling at the sides.

Technicians! The results last every time and the quality of the work is the best I’ve had so far. The prices are very reasonable as well. Alma is fantastic even though this time I had Ching who is also very good. Well done ladies. Keep up the good work. You’re all always so friendly and funny. I always look forward to getting my nails done.

Filed my nails down with an electric nail drill without soaking them first. She also cut me a number of times on my cuticles during this process. They went incredibly thin and bendy so we had to put a rubber coat on, but are still bending and hurting days later. Application was rushed and looks messy in places. I won’t be going back.
