NOT A 5* SALON. Everyone was nice and my nail technician was lovely but:
My manicure was 15 minutes late, I was asked to sit in a terribly tight space for which I had to ask to be changed to somewhere less claustrophobic, my nails were quite roughly treated/damaged, my manicure is nicely looking but the gel polish is of terrible quality and the place isn't inviting at all. The staff were REALLY friendly though so no bad feelings there.
