Staff are always amazing and very lovely. However my only gripe is that it would be nice to relax and enjoy a pedicure rather than have to have your nails done at the same time. I understand they want to save time but when I’m paying I would really like to enjoy it and relax, felt I was a bit rushed. But overall very good.

Awful experience. The staff didn’t take gel off properly, they filled it off without soaking damagin my nails. Also, didn’t have basic colour for French manicure gel and wanted to charge £36 for a fends manicure. Avoid this place - it’s awful and the staff aren’t friendly at all

My manicure and pedicure totalled £56 which included cuticle treatment. Unfortunately, one of my fingers had a chunk of skin cut rather than the cuticle.
The manicurist was apologetic but her manager was quite pressurising and said that she was taking too much time doing the manicure-obviously the manicurist had to wait until the bleeding had stopped before she could paint that nail!
I was expecting a discount from the manager but I was still charged full price despite the injury.
