Had a gel removal and my nails were butchered. I have been left with a blister on one of my nails (never seen this in my life) from how much my nail was filed down to remove the gel. The manager has been totally unsympathetic and refuses to provide good customer service and support me with this. It has been suggested that it is my fault for “booking the wrong treatment” when actually it is the fault of the manager and her poorly trained employees. Would never go back here after this experience.
