Gul is a lovely person and really sweet, but the extensions she did were not great - I felt like crying when I saw them. I wonder if she's used to just doing gels and needs a bit more training - irresponsible of the salon owner to have her do BIAB

My nails chipped after a few days. I paid extra 5£ for rubber base, I think it was added a too thin layer because nails are very soft like nothing was added…I was hurt a few times during treatment with the machine she used.
So not very happy…
I am happy with the toes pedicure though

the nails are fab and so well done, my therapist was amazing (not sure it was who I booked with but I know it was the manager! thank you!)however I did have to wait half an hour late into my appointment and didn't feel communicated with
