My manicurist was running very late (at least 20 min) no apology offered even when I queried how long I would have to wait, very odd! Customer service clearly not a high priority. Gel manicure was fine, not the best I've had but not the worst. Toilets were dirty overflowing bin etc. would not return!

Not so good like first time. Girl was rushing on my nails because she was behind her schedule. Plus I was ask to give another £10 on top of £29 because the gel colour is apart but it doesn't specified that well on the website.

For £5 it was ok. I don't like that my appointment's time was change and I still had to wait longer.

I had a pedicure last week. The girl who did it was lovely and did her best. The problem is that the salon does not really have the facilities to do pedicures. The water for my footbath was heated in a water kettle and the girl sat on the floor for the entire pedicure as there are not footbaths, special pedicure stools, etc. There was also no work on hard skin, etc. Mainly scrub, some cuticle work, massage and nail painting. The deco and staff is lovely and I think they do very good manicures.

At last - a gorgeous nail salon in the middle of Brighton! Having moved down from London I've been on the lookout for somewhere to get my nails done which lives up to the big city. Daisy was lovely and I was really impressed with my nails.
The interior is pretty without being overly girlie, making it perfect as a little treat to yourself. I look forward to popping back!!
