As a regular customer of Daisy nail company I've always had a great experience but this time I didn't have my nails done with Helena who I booked for (she amazing) I had with someone else I've never had before, she was lovely but the final finish wasn't great. I only got one coat of normal polish so now after a few days I can see the beige undercoat. I also found the extensions I had put in a bit sharp still and court onto materials.

They have recently re-decorated the salon and it looks great.
I was overall happy with the treatment however when I arrived I was given a different therapist to the one I had requested. The manicure wasn't as good as usual, she was very rough in removing the previous gels (didn't leave the acetone on long enough and buffed my nails so much I am worried about how weak they will be.) The manicure also wasn't as neat usual, the edges and tips are a little bumpy.
Hopefully next time I will be able to see one of my usual therapists.
