Normally like it in here, but this experience isn't what I'm used to. Very slow at pedicure was in there for almost 2 hours and didn't even get a foot massage for luxury pedi. The girl didn't speak to me or offer me a drink and someone was sat next to her talking about her interview. I felt uncomfortable and the atmosphere wasn't great. But I like the end result!

40 mins after arriving the manicure started (I did have a soak off but were busy so I had to wait), then told not time to do french manicure. I chose a silver colour and it came out gold but told no time to start again as other customer waiting. I was recommended by colleagues but I think I had a really bad experience. Would need to think if I could risk going again, see how long nails last. Athough I dislike the colour and going on holiday so very disappointed.
