The staff were in a bit of a muddle when I arrived as there was a client there who said she'd booked by phone but they had no record of her appointment so I had to stand around for at least 5 minutes before anyone greeted me. The gel manicure was fantastic but whilst the massage was good it was in the tiniest room which was a little claustrophobic.
