The place looked inviting and was really busy for Monday. That's always a good sine. What I liked the most was professional staff interested in a client, not talking amongst each other in some other languages that I found in many other nail bars

Unprofessional and rude. Felt very rushed. Twice they said once I got there that they did not have time for what I had booked in for. Although it was cheap when I booked they added all these extra costs when I got there without telling me until the end.
