I thought long and hard about my experience and although my beautician was friendly and talkative I can't justify giving more than 2 stars. I've had Hollywoods in a lot of different salons and never had the beautician staying in the room whilst undressing... Awkward! No towel is provided to put on your stomach nor any wet wipes to freshen up yourself. The wax machine needs replacing as it makes such a loud noise it almost overpowers any sound. No prep or after treatment is provided, I was a bit shocked when she left me full of wax pieces and just suggested to scrub them off when I shower (really?!?). By the time I got home I had pieces in my underwear and on my jeans and it took me ages to get rid of them. The salon charges the average price for a wax so there's really no excuse for such a subpar treatment.
