The beauty therapist was clearly inexperienced and I had to stop her half way through the waxing because I could see signs of skin damage. Ask for an experienced therapist (there are other very experienced therapists) at the time of booking rather than get assigned one.

Estrella was awesome- she transformed my bitten nails into beautiful almond shaped nails with gel extensions and tips. She was friendly and took care of my sensitive and frail nails. Thumbs up. I will go back soon for infills.

You are squashed on a bench it’s quite an awkward atmosphere and they use crap tips instead of nail forms. Also, they don’t use a builder gel. The gel they use is basically a thick gel and it stinks. You can get better nails for cheaper else where !
