My latest visit was not as good as normal sadly. The technician was quite rough with my cuticles. Nor did she have the same level of detail and precision as some of the others girls. I had to ask for area of nail polish to be removed from my skin. Moving forward I am going to specify girls I have had previous who are much more gentle and detail oriented.

The service was generally good, although I wasn't offered a drink like those around me. I was a little bit disappointed that they didn't have a particularly wide range of deep reds/burgundys. The overall finish is very nice, if slightly uneven in a couple of places. Good value, will come again.
