I went to get Gel removal, I had an appointment booked for 10am on weekend, the first appointment of the day, my therapist had not turned up to work yet and was 15 minutes late, for an appointment that should take the same amount of time. Then when I asked for my nails to be cut down a bit, she said that it would cost £10 for a manicure, very poor customer service by this one therapist, especially considering she was late. Have to say another therapist there tried her best to catch up time and help with the removal, but this other therapist didn't even apologise to me for being late.
